Every compound named here is research-grade material for research use only. With two exceptions that carry an approved label for a specific indication, no regulator has reviewed these compounds for human use. Nobody has established a safe amount, a safe duration, or who should avoid them.
Each figure is transcribed from a published study or an approved label exactly as that source states it, with a citation on the row. It is a record of what researchers administered in a trial population, not instructions for you and not adjusted to you. An amount that suited a trial population can seriously harm an individual. Where no human figure exists, the table says so rather than inventing one.
The calendar lays published cadences onto dates so a window can be seen at a glance. It is a planner, not a prescription. Cadences drawn from animal models are labelled as such on every mark, and compounds with no published frequency are never drawn onto a day.
Each pair carries a published record grade and an editorial reading of how the two mechanisms relate. The editorial reading describes mechanism, never an outcome for a person, and it is labelled as editorial wherever it appears.
Where the record reports no adverse effects, this site says so and adds that an absence of reporting is not evidence of safety. Compounds with little human study often have little reported harm simply because few people have been studied.
Any severe or worsening reaction, any sign of an allergic reaction such as swelling of the face, lips or throat or trouble breathing, and any redness, heat, swelling or pus at an injection site all warrant stopping and contacting a licensed clinician. An allergic reaction is an emergency.
